Alexzandra Exterkamp is a certified sound healer, facial reflexologist, and the heart behind Ayu. Her approach is rooted in ancient Eastern medicine and herbalism, guided by one belief: that healing happens when the body feels safe, calm, and deeply supported.
At Ayu, she weaves together bespoke facials, sound healing, reiki, gua sha, and modern technology into an experience that treats the whole person, not just the skin.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee in order to honor the reserved treatment time.
